Based out of Southern San Diego, Hunters Home Kitchen is a culinary company centered on cultural foods presented in modern techniques. Chef Spencer Hunter creates seasonal menus with local produce based off of traditional flavors from the Philippines, Panama, Hawaii, America, Italy, French and more.

Gaining experience through special events and catering with Heidi’s Events and Catering and Waters Fine Catering, Chef Hunter has trained under Brian Malarkey’s searsucker Del Mar with Hakkasan Hospitality Group as well as working for Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
Chef Hunter interned and worked in Kalu Yala, Panama, a sustainable community in the Tres Brazes Rainforest. Here, he was the Director of Farm to Table Culinary Arts program at Kalu Yala Institute.
